📦 Shipping Coverage

- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

- Customers in the Teesside area may choose local pickup at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Costs

- Free standard UK shipping is included on all orders.

- Local pickup is free of charge.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Times

- All boards are ready to ship.

- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

- Delivery is usually completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on courier services.

📮 Carriers

- We may use a variety of trusted courier services (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, UPS, etc.).

- The choice of courier may vary depending on parcel size and destination.

🛠 Packaging

- All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

🔎 Tracking

- Tracking is not automatically provided for standard deliveries. If you require tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

⚠️ Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

- In the event of a lost parcel, claims will be processed through the delivery service provider.

- Delivery delays are outside our control and will not result in compensation.

- If your board arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oakacquisitions.com with photos. Each case will be reviewed individually and may result in a replacement or courier fee.

↩️ Returns Related to Shipping

- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

- In some circumstances, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility.
